PriceIndia.in is a platform that aims to empower Indian consumers with information and resources to make informed purchasing decisions. We are currently under development and actively building a comprehensive database of product information. In the future, we plan to add functionalities like price comparisons and user reviews.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the rules framed thereunder. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delhi, India by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PriceIndia.in regarding your use of the Website.
